How much does stage lighting cost for an event in Orlando?

It depends on the fixture count, whether you need a designer and an operator, and how many days you're in the building. A room full of wireless uplights is a very different number than a moving-light rig with a console and a programmer. Tell us the venue and the look you're after and we'll put real numbers to it.

What's the difference between uplighting and stage wash?

Uplighting points at walls, columns and drape to change the color and feel of the room. Stage wash points at people, so your presenters are lit evenly and read well on camera. Most events want both — wash so the audience can see who's talking, uplighting so the room doesn't look like a beige ballroom.

How many uplights does my venue need?

A common starting point is one fixture every eight to ten feet around the perimeter, adjusted for ceiling height, wall color and how many architectural features are worth hitting. Send us the room dimensions or a floor plan and we'll give you a count rather than a guess.

Can you put our logo on the wall?

Yes. We create custom gobos and monograms from your artwork and project them onto a wall, the dance floor or the stage. Send vector art if you have it. It's one of the cheapest ways to get your brand in front of guests for the whole event.

What power do you need on site?

LED fixtures draw far less than conventional lighting, so most ballroom packages run on standard house circuits. Larger moving-light rigs and concert packages may need dedicated power or a tie-in. We work that out with the venue before load-in so it isn't a surprise on show day.

Do you do outdoor events and festivals?

Yes — we handle festival production and concert and touring lighting across Florida. Outdoor work needs weather-rated fixtures, proper rigging and a plan for wind and rain, all of which we'll walk through with you during the site survey.

Do you rent lighting without a technician?

We offer dry rentals to experienced, qualified individuals and organizations. Anything involving rigging, a console or a large moving-light rig, we'd rather staff — not to pad the invoice, but because that's where shows go wrong.

How far will you travel for a lighting job?

We service all of Florida and travel nationwide. We're based in Winter Park, so Orlando, Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista are local, and we regularly work Tampa, Jacksonville, Daytona and the Space Coast.
